Group Policies

Group pricing is applied to groups of 12 adults or more when purchased in the same sale. Comps are provided based off of count. Refunds are provided in full 60 days or more prior to event.

Payment Policies

  • Deposit and signed contract must be returned by date noted on contract. Final Count for Blue Gate Garden Inn is due 30 days prior to event date, payment is due at check-out.
  • Final Count and Payment for Theatre is due 45 days prior to event date. If booking within 45 days of the event, payment is due in full at booking.
  • Final Count for Banquet events is due 10 days prior to event. Final payment is due at the end of event (full refund available 10 days or more prior to event).
  • Amish Tour Final Count and Final Payment due 30 days prior to event.
  • Carriage Final Count and Final Payment due 30 days prior to event.
