Harper Grace
Singer/songstress Harper Grace always challenges herself to dig deep into her most vulnerable heart to connect listeners to herself, each other and the world through the lens of her storied personal journey. A skillful, intuitive multi-instrumentalist, Harper traded early aspirations of becoming an Olympic gymnast for bright stage lights and self-penned songs when her grandmother gifted her an acoustic guitar at the age of seven.
Twelve years, countless performances, and an ever-growing catalog of songs later, Harper is making the move to Nashville to build upon the foundation she's steadily built traveling from Dallas to connect, collaborate and grow with some of music city's best. Citing influences from Rascal Flatts to Christina Aguilera, her impressive vocals and live performance chops have afforded her the opportunity to open shows for artists such as Luke Bryan, Jake Owen, Stoney LaRue, Uncle Kracker and Wade Bowen, as well as a successful run on American Idol in 2018.
Harper's songwriting strengths are evident in her hooky pop melody sensibilities and a colorful country storyteller's lyrical voice that continues to evolve with each song written. While she enjoys collaborating with all kinds of songwriters, "I think it's that personal chemistry and creative relationship with the writer themselves that really helps fuel my creative energy. Trusting and embracing everyone's individual creative process with the common goal to create something honest, relatable, and of course, FUN! I hope and pray every day that I put a lyric to a melody that someone in the audience, just one person, would be touched and moved by. because that ONE will always matter."
